The right PartnerStack alternative depends on why you're leaving. If it's the demo-gated price, Kiflo, Partnero and PartnersWatch publish theirs. If you only run affiliates on Stripe, Rewardful, FirstPromoter or Tolt cost $49 to $69 a month to start. If you sell to consumers, Impact.com is closer to your model. And if the marketplace is what brought you to PartnerStack, think hard before you go, because none of these has one the same size.

We checked every vendor's own site on 8 October 2026. PartnerStack's pricing page lists three plans (Launch, Growth and Enterprise) with no prices, and says "Your final plan and pricing are confirmed during your demo." Every claim about another product below comes from that product's own pages, listed in this page's sources. PartnersWatch is one of the options; it's our product and we've marked it.

For a direct feature table of us against the main platforms, see our compare page. This guide covers the wider set and is organised by the problem you're trying to solve.

What you'd be giving up

Start here, because it's the part people underestimate.

PartnerStack is a partner platform and a marketplace. Its homepage FAQ says "131K+ active partners", and partners join for free. That network is the reason many B2B SaaS brands pick it: partners already have accounts, already trust the payout flow and already browse for new programs.

You can see the reach in our own data. Of the 412 programs in the PartnersWatch Network directory, 126 take applications through PartnerStack, more than any other platform (the brand's own site or form is first, at 215). In software alone it's 105 of 288. Programs like Pipedrive, GetResponse and Teachable recruit there.

PartnerStack also pays partners for you. Its partner commissions page says it "consolidates all approved commissions into a single monthly invoice" and "processes payments on your behalf and distributes earnings to every partner", with withdrawals by direct deposit, PayPal or Stripe in the partner's local currency. Leaving means your partners have to set up payouts and tax forms somewhere new. Budget time for that.

Our advice: if more than a third of your partner revenue comes from partners who found you on the PartnerStack marketplace, stay, or keep PartnerStack for those partners and run everyone else elsewhere.

The alternatives at a glance

Tool Best fit when leaving PartnerStack because… Published entry price (8 Oct 2026) Partner marketplace
PartnerStack Spark You only need to pay partners you already have $0 subscription, 10% of commissions paid No network access
Kiflo You want a PRM with a published price Core $399/mo for 25 partners No
PartnersWatch (ours) You want published pricing and resellers, channel or franchise programs in one tool Free (5 partners, no payouts); Scale $799/mo Public directory, not a marketplace
Impact.com Your partners are creators and affiliates selling consumer products Starter from $30/mo + 2.5% of partner-driven transactions Yes
Rewardful You only run affiliates and bill on Stripe or Paddle Starter $49/mo No
FirstPromoter Affiliates only, but you bill on Chargebee, Recurly or Braintree Starter $49/mo No
Tolt Affiliates only, and you want 1099 filing on a mid-tier plan Basic $69/mo No
Partnero Several program types at a flat price Starter $59/mo No

Two tools we left out of the main list on purpose. Crossbeam describes itself as "The Ecosystem Revenue Platform" and does account mapping: finding customer overlaps with partners. It works alongside a partner platform rather than replacing one. Introw has a free Starter plan for one partner, but its paid plans are "Get a demo", which doesn't solve the pricing problem.

If the problem is price you can't see

PartnerStack's pricing page says pricing "is based on your partner program size, feature needs and level of support." Some teams are fine with that. Others want a number before they book a call, especially at seed or Series A.

Three options publish real prices for a partner program that goes beyond affiliate links:

  • Kiflo Core is $399 a month for 25 partners, and the page says it scales with active partners up to a 50-partner cap. Its FAQ says plans are 12-month contracts paid upfront, and Plus and Premier are "Talk to sales". It integrates with Stripe, Chargebee, HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Partnero's Starter is $59 a month ($49 on annual billing) for one program, with affiliate, referral, influencer and newsletter programs on every plan. It says there are no overage fees for partners, transactions or revenue. Payouts through your own PayPal or Wise carry no Partnero fee; its managed payouts cost 7%.
  • PartnersWatch (our product) has a Free plan for up to 5 partners covering recruitment, deal tracking and a Network listing, but commissions and payouts aren't on Free. Scale is $799 a month, or $7,990 a year, for up to 500 partners with commissions, payouts, W-9 / W-8BEN collection and 1099s, deal registration, the API and SDKs. Enterprise is custom.

There's also PartnerStack's own Spark: no subscription, a 10% processing fee on the commissions you pay out, sales tracking through Stripe only, one user, no CRM integrations and no access to the PartnerStack Network. If you have 20 partners you recruited yourself and pay them $3,000 a month in total, Spark costs $300 a month (10% × $3,000). That's cheaper than most PRMs at that size, and you don't have to migrate anyone.

If you only run affiliates

A lot of SaaS teams on PartnerStack use it for an affiliate program and nothing else. If that's you, an affiliate tracker that reads your billing system costs a fraction of a partner platform.

Tracker Entry plan Revenue cap on entry plan Billing systems on the pricing page
Rewardful $49/mo ($490/yr) $7,500/mo affiliate revenue Stripe, Paddle
FirstPromoter $49/mo ($490/yr) $5,000/mo affiliate revenue Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, Braintree
Tolt $69/mo $10,000/mo Stripe, Paddle

What you lose: deal registration, partner training, MDF, and the marketplace. What you gain is a tool that's quick to set up and priced on affiliate revenue, so it's cheap until the program works. Tolt includes W-9 / W-8 collection and 1099 filing from its $99 Growth plan; Rewardful collects tax forms through its Managed Payouts service (3% fee); FirstPromoter lists W-9 and W-8BEN collection on all plans. We go deeper on this group in FirstPromoter alternatives, and on the full price ladder in affiliate software pricing 2026.

If you sell to consumers

PartnerStack's homepage pitches B2B. If your partners are creators, publishers and coupon or cashback sites selling physical products, Impact.com is the closer fit. It calls itself "The unified platform to manage creators, affiliates, and referrals" and has a vetted marketplace. Its plans page lists Starter from $30 a month, Essentials from $500 and Pro from $2,500, with a 2.5% fee on partner-driven transactions and a one-time setup fee. Starter requires an e-commerce integration: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or Squarespace.

For a B2B SaaS company, that last requirement is the catch. Impact's entry plan is built for stores.

If you run resellers, agencies or franchises

PartnerStack's pricing page names affiliate link tracking and lead and deal registration (Launch gives you one or the other; Enterprise gives full access to both). Its homepage describes co-sell, affiliate, influencer and customer referral partners. It doesn't mention resale, where the partner buys from you and bills the customer.

If you run resellers or white-label partners, or a franchise or multi-location network, PartnersWatch was built for that. Scale covers reseller and white-label programs with accounts provisioned in your product, deal registration, quotes, contracts with e-signature and partner training. Franchise tools cover royalties, territories and location audits. White-label portals on your own domain and SSO are on Enterprise. See deal registration and white-label for what's included.

The trade-off is the one from the top of the page. PartnerStack has years of marketplace liquidity; our Network is a public directory that partners browse, and it's newer and smaller.

Moving off PartnerStack

The mechanics matter more than the tool you pick. What we'd do:

  1. Export partner records, referral links, open deals and commission history before you cancel. Check your PartnerStack contract for the notice period.
  2. Decide what happens to commissions already earned. Pay them out through PartnerStack's last invoice cycle so nobody has an open balance in two systems.
  3. Collect new tax forms and payout details in the new tool before the first payout. For 2026 payments the US 1099-NEC threshold is $2,000; the affiliate tax forms guide covers W-9 and W-8BEN.
  4. Keep old referral links redirecting for at least your cookie window. If your window is 90 days (the median among the 82 programs in our directory that state one), a link from a review written last month still converts.
  5. Tell partners why you're moving and what changes for them: where they log in, when they're paid and whether rates change. A short email before the switch saves a lot of support tickets.

If you're launching your first program rather than moving one, start with how to start a partner program instead.

Here are a few software programs in our directory that recruit through PartnerStack, with their published commission terms:

Program Partner types Terms Model
Pipedrive Affiliate 20% revenue share for first 12 months (Rising); 30% (Growth, 2-5 sales/month for 6 months); custom (Power, 6+ sales/month) Recurring
Kit Affiliate 50% for 12 months, plus 10-20% recurring after 12 months at Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers Recurring
GetResponse Affiliate 40% for 12 months, rising to 50% (50+ sales/yr) or 60% (100+ sales/yr) Recurring
Gorgias Affiliate, Agency, Integrator / MSP 20% of all referral payments for the first two years, higher at upper tiers Recurring
Unbounce Affiliate, Referral partner 25-35% recurring for up to 12 months Recurring
Teachable Affiliate 30% recurring for 12 months Recurring

FAQ

What is the best alternative to PartnerStack?

It depends on why you're switching. For a PRM with a published price, Kiflo (Core $399/month for 25 partners) or PartnersWatch (Scale $799/month for 500). For a Stripe affiliate program only, Rewardful or FirstPromoter from $49/month. For consumer brands, Impact.com. Prices checked on each vendor's site on 8 October 2026.

How much does PartnerStack cost?

PartnerStack doesn't publish prices for its Launch, Growth and Enterprise plans. Its pricing page says pricing depends on program size, features and support level, and is confirmed in a demo. Its self-serve Spark option has no subscription and charges a 10% processing fee on commissions paid out (checked 8 October 2026).

Is there a free version of PartnerStack?

Partially. PartnerStack Spark has a $0 monthly subscription but takes 10% of the commissions you pay. It tracks sales through Stripe only, allows one user and doesn't include the PartnerStack Network or CRM integrations, so it suits brands paying partners they recruited themselves.

Do PartnerStack alternatives have a partner marketplace?

Impact.com does, aimed mostly at consumer brands. The SaaS trackers (Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt) and PRMs like Kiflo don't run one at PartnerStack's scale. PartnersWatch has a public directory of 412 programs that partners browse, which is smaller than PartnerStack's network.

Can I use PartnerStack and another tool at the same time?

Yes, and it's often the sensible move. Keep PartnerStack for partners who came from its marketplace and run resellers or self-recruited affiliates in a second tool. The cost is two systems to reconcile, so give each partner exactly one home to avoid paying the same referral twice.

Does PartnerStack handle partner payouts and tax forms?

PartnerStack says it consolidates approved commissions into one monthly invoice and pays partners on your behalf by direct deposit, PayPal or Stripe. When you move, the new tool or your own team takes over collecting W-9 and W-8BEN forms and issuing any 1099s.
