AI affiliate programs mostly pay recurring commission: 22 of the 28 AI tool programs in the PartnersWatch directory pay a share of each payment rather than a one-off bounty, and the median top rate among the 24 that state a percentage is 30% (checked 2 October 2026). The catch is duration. Many AI programs stop paying after 12 months, and AI tools lose customers faster than most software, so the rate on the page often overstates what you'll actually earn.
We picked the 28 by hand from the directory's 412 programs: tools whose main product is AI voice, video, writing, search, support or sales automation. Every rate below is what the brand's own program page said when we checked it.

How that set breaks down:
| What we counted (28 AI programs) | Programs |
|---|---|
| Recurring commission or revenue share | 22 |
| One-time commission | 5 |
| Flat fee per subscriber | 1 |
| States a percentage | 24 |
| States a cookie window | 14 |
| Recurring, capped at 12 months | 6 |
| Recurring, capped at 24 months | 1 |
| Recurring with no stated end | 8 |
The cookie windows are short-to-normal: of the 14 that state one, seven run 60 days, six run 90 days and one runs 30 days. That's close to the directory as a whole, where 90 days is the median across the 82 programs that state a window.
If you're wondering about Jasper: it doesn't run an open affiliate program in our directory. The Jasper AI Solutions Partner Program is for agencies and systems integrators that deliver AI marketing services, it requires training and certification, and its page says individual affiliates aren't eligible. If you run an agency, see our agency partner programs guide instead.
Voice and video AI programs
Voice and video tools convert well because the output is easy to show. A thirty-second demo clip does more selling than a paragraph.
ElevenLabs pays up to 22% of all payments for the first 12 months, with no limit on earnings, and lists early access to new tools for affiliates. Murf pays a lower rate for longer: 20% recurring for 24 months, with a 90-day cookie. Synthesia pays 25% of Starter and Creator plan payments (up to $267 per customer referral) and gives you a free Starter account for a year after your 10th sale. Descript is the outlier, a flat $25 per new subscriber; its listing notes the program is moving to PartnerStack and existing affiliates have to reapply.
Which of these pays more depends on how long a customer stays. Murf's terms are worth 0.20 × 24 = 4.8 months of a customer's bill. ElevenLabs' are worth 0.22 × 12 = 2.64 months. So on the same plan price, Murf pays more for any customer who stays past month 13, and ElevenLabs pays more for anyone who leaves earlier. For a creator audience that tries tools and moves on, the shorter, higher rate is often the better bet.
Two voice programs aimed at business phone lines take a different approach. Nextiva pays $300 per AI receptionist sale and $100 per phone line. Vida lets you choose a higher rate for two years or a lower rate for life, which is a rare and honest way to put the duration trade-off in front of you.
Writing and SEO AI programs
Writing tools face the most competition from general-purpose assistants, so retention is the question to ask before you build content around one.
- Writesonic pays 20% recurring for 12 months with a 60-day cookie.
- Rytr pays 30% recurring for 12 months, adds a $15 activation bonus, and gives your audience a 20% discount. Its payout threshold is $100 and you need more than one referred customer.
- Grammarly doesn't publish its rate. It pays per referred customer plus an activation bonus, uses a 90-day cookie and says its policy is keyword-bidding friendly.
- Surfer pays 75-125% of a monthly subscriber's first payment, or 15-25% of an annual subscription, depending on your tier. It excludes coupon and cashback sites and branded paid ads.
There's a newer group built around AI search visibility, the tools that track whether a brand shows up in ChatGPT or Perplexity answers. Rank Prompt pays 30% of every payment for life, Analyze AI pays 20% recurring with no stated expiry, and Semly pays 100% of the first monthly fee or 20% of the annual fee. These suit SEO publishers better than general AI tool lists, and our SEO tool affiliate programs guide covers the established SEO suites.
Sales, support and productivity AI programs
Tools bought by a business for daily work retain better than tools bought by one person to try. That makes this group the safest for recurring income.
Fireflies, the AI meeting notetaker, pays up to 30% recurring for 12 months with a 90-day cookie. Reclaim pays 40% when the customer signs up with a work email and 25% with a personal one, for up to 12 months, which tells you plainly that the company values business users more. Tidio pays up to 30% per sale on its live chat and AI customer service tools.
For lifetime terms, Browse AI pays 20% of every payment with no cap and no minimum threshold, Expertise AI pays 25% lifetime, and mAIstermind pays 50% recurring on every customer payment, with payouts about 30 days after payment to cover refunds. GoMarble, which sells AI agents to paid-media teams, pays 50% of the first billing cycle and then 20-40% recurring for eligible months.
If you sell to businesses rather than write about tools, two programs work more like resale. LucroVox's Global Certified Partner Program has you sell and manage its AI voice receptionist in your own market, starting at 25% of collected monthly revenue and rising to 50%, with 90-day deal protection. Charlie AI pays 10% of what your referrals spend for life and handles setup, billing and support itself.
Why AI commissions earn less than the headline rate
AI tools have three habits that cut into recurring commission.
People sign up to try them. Someone generates a few voiceovers or images, gets what they needed and cancels. Conversion looks great and month-three retention doesn't. A 30% recurring rate on a customer who stays two months earns 0.30 × 2 = 0.6 months of their bill, less than a decent one-time bounty.
Pricing is often credits or usage. Many AI products charge for minutes, credits, images or tasks on top of a base plan. Synthesia's published rate applies to Starter and Creator plan payments, and CoolBiz pays on plans and add-ons calculated on net revenue after credits, taxes and fees. Read what the percentage is calculated on before you compare two programs. If most of a customer's spend is top-ups and the program pays on the base plan only, your real rate is lower than the page suggests.
The tools get replaced. A specialist writing or image tool can lose its reason to exist when a general assistant adds the same feature. Content built around the tool loses traffic, and the customers you referred leave.
The fix for all three is the same: favour tools that sit inside someone's weekly work (meeting notes, scheduling, support inboxes, sales outreach), that are bought on team or business plans, and where cancelling means rebuilding something. Reclaim's split between work and personal email is a useful hint about which customers stay.
How to check an AI program before you promote it
Run through these before you write the review:
- What is commission calculated on: the base plan, plan upgrades, credit packs, usage?
- How long does it last? "Recurring" on the page often means 12 months.
- If a referral starts on a free plan and upgrades in month four, does the attribution still hold? Only half the AI programs here state a cookie window at all.
- How often have prices or plans changed in the past year, and are existing referrals kept on the old terms?
- What's the payout threshold? Rytr's is $100, RapidNative's and HeadshotHQ's are $50.
- Can you get an account to show real output? Synthesia gives you a free Starter account for a year after your 10th sale; ask the others before you start.
Then use the tool for real work and show the output, including where it falls short. Audiences have seen plenty of inflated AI claims, and an honest demo is what separates your page from the rest. Disclose the affiliate relationship close to the link.

FAQ
What AI affiliate programs pay the most?
On published rates, mAIstermind (50% recurring), GoMarble (50% of the first month, then 20-40%), Reclaim (40% for work-email sign-ups) and AdCreative.ai (up to 40% recurring) are near the top of the 28 we track. Surfer pays 75-125% of a first monthly payment, but only once. Duration matters as much as rate.
Does Jasper have an affiliate program?
Not one open to individuals, based on the page we checked in October 2026. Jasper runs the Jasper AI Solutions Partner Program for agencies and systems integrators that offer AI marketing services. It requires partner training and certification, and the page says individual affiliates aren't eligible.
How much does the ElevenLabs affiliate program pay?
ElevenLabs pays up to 22% of all payments from referred subscribers for their first 12 months, with no cap on earnings. Affiliates get a reporting dashboard, marketing assets, dedicated support and early access to new tools. The page doesn't state a cookie window.
Do AI affiliate programs pay recurring commission?
Most do. 22 of the 28 AI programs in our directory pay recurring commission or a revenue share. Of those, six stop at 12 months and one (Murf) at 24 months, while eight state no end date, including Browse AI, Rank Prompt and Expertise AI.
Are AI affiliate programs worth it?
They're worth it for tools people use in weekly work and buy on business plans, such as meeting notes, scheduling and support. They're riskier for novelty tools, where sign-ups are high and cancellations fast, because recurring commission depends on customers staying.
How long do AI affiliate cookies last?
Usually 60 or 90 days. Of the 14 AI programs in our directory that state a window, seven use 60 days, six use 90 days and Semly uses 30. The other 14 don't publish one, so ask before you rely on late conversions.
