Run your entire franchise network in one place
From the first signed franchise agreement to the royalty invoice each month: franchisees, locations, territories, sales reports, and audits in one system. Choose the Franchise business type and the console says Franchisee and Royalty, not Partner and Commission. One brand. Every unit. One platform.

Three kinds of franchise partner, one model
A partner in PartnersWatch is any org you manage — so a master franchisee, an area developer, and a single-store operator all live in the same hierarchy, each scoped to exactly what they own.
Master franchisee
Owns and develops a whole territory. Signs the area agreement, opens and sub-franchises units, and earns an override on the royalties rolling up from every location beneath them.
Unit / single-store franchisee
Runs one location day to day — a single café, gym, or salon. Remits a royalty on gross sales plus the marketing levy, and works entirely from a branded unit console.
Area developer
Commits to open a set number of units across a region on a schedule. PartnersWatch tracks the development quota, opening milestones, and fees against the plan.
PartnersWatch ships a small set of generic objects. Here is exactly what each one means for a franchise network — no forked codebase, just your words.
Brand, territory, and unit — modeled exactly
Nest your whole network into levels: the brand at the top, master franchisees owning territories, and individual cafés, gyms, or salons as units beneath them. Sales roll up, master franchisees earn an override on their territory, and every operator sees only their own units.
- ✓Brand → master franchisee → café / gym / salon unit
- ✓Royalties and sales roll up level by level
- ✓Each operator is scoped to its own units — enforced server-side
Royalties that invoice themselves
Set the royalty as a percentage of reported gross sales, add a brand fund, a fixed monthly tech fee, and the initial franchise fee. Franchisees submit sales by portal form, API, or CSV; each accepted report produces an invoice, and a missed due date flags the location as late.
- ✓Royalty + brand fund on reported gross sales
- ✓Fixed tech fees and the initial franchise fee on the same rules
- ✓Late reports flagged, with a reminder playbook if you want one
Exclusive territories, enforced
Draw each franchisee's territory by region or postal code and mark it exclusive or shared. Overlapping exclusive claims are flagged when you save, and new leads are routed to the franchisee whose territory covers them.
- ✓Exclusive or non-exclusive, by region or postal code
- ✓Conflicts flagged before the agreement goes out
- ✓Leads and enquiries routed to the territory owner
Audits with a fix attached
Field auditors run your inspection checklist at a location. The audit is scored by section, each failed item becomes a corrective action with an owner and a due date, and the franchisee closes it from their portal.
- ✓Weighted checklists with pass thresholds
- ✓Findings → corrective actions with due dates
- ✓Scores rolled up by district, region, and franchisee
