Territories & routing
Draw territories by region or postal code, mark them exclusive or non-exclusive, and assign them to a franchisee, reseller, or agent. Overlapping exclusive claims are flagged before they become disputes, and new leads and deals are routed to the partner that owns the area.
Territory disputes start with a map nobody keeps up to date
Territory rights are written in agreements but enforced from memory. Two partners end up with the same postal code, leads go to whoever answers first, and the first anyone hears of an overlap is an angry call from a franchisee who paid for exclusivity.
The flow, end to end
Define
Create a territory from a region or a set of postal codes and choose exclusive or non-exclusive.
Assign
Give it to a partner. Overlaps with other exclusive territories are flagged straight away.
Route
A lead with an address is matched to its territory and assigned to the owner.
Review
Check unassigned codes and conflicts from one map and list.
What's in the box
Region or postal-code areas
Define a territory as a region, a list of postal codes, or a postal-code prefix.
Exclusive or non-exclusive
Exclusive areas belong to one partner; non-exclusive areas can be shared by several.
Conflict detection
Overlapping exclusive claims are flagged on save, with the codes and partners involved.
Lead & deal routing
New leads and registered deals are matched to the territory that covers them and assigned to its owner.
Unassigned coverage
See which postal codes no one covers, so you know where to recruit next.
Works for any network
Franchise territories, reseller regions, broker patches, or campus catchment areas.
Find the overlap before a franchisee does
When you save a territory, its codes are checked against every exclusive territory already assigned. Overlaps are listed with the postal codes and partners involved, so you can resolve them before the agreement goes out instead of after a lead goes to the wrong place.
- ✓Exclusive overlaps flagged on save
- ✓Conflicts listed by postal code and partner
- ✓Non-exclusive areas can be shared on purpose
Leads go to the partner who owns the area
Routing reads the address on an incoming lead, finds the territory that covers it, and assigns it to that territory's owner. Leads in shared or uncovered areas fall back to your team. Each routing decision is recorded, so attribution questions have an answer.
- ✓Automatic assignment for leads and registered deals
- ✓Fallback rules for shared or uncovered areas
- ✓Every routing decision recorded on the record
