Subject Partnering on Acme Analytics?
Hi {first name},
I've been enjoying what you share with early-stage SaaS founders, and I think Acme Analytics would be a genuinely useful thing to tell them about.
Acme Analytics is product analytics that small SaaS teams can set up in an afternoon.
We'd love to have you as a partner: you'd get 30% recurring commission for the first 12 months, a personal link and coupon code, and early access to anything new.
Want to take a quick look? I can set you up with a free account so you can try it first.
Cheers,
Sam

Hi {first name},
Just floating this back to the top of your inbox in case it got buried.
In short: Acme Analytics is product analytics that small SaaS teams can set up in an afternoon, and partners earn 30% recurring commission for the first 12 months.
If now's not the right time, no worries at all. Happy to circle back later.
Cheers,
Sam

Getting replies from affiliates
Lead with their audience, not your product. A partner says yes when your product helps the people who already trust them. Name that audience in the first line.
Put the offer in plain numbers. “30% recurring for 12 months” beats “generous commissions”. If you also give their audience a discount, say so: it makes the recommendation easier.
Follow up once, then stop. One polite follow-up four or five days later is enough. Chasing harder than that costs goodwill.
